About: "The Karen Schmeer Film Editing Fellowship was created in 2010 to honor the memory of gifted editor Karen Schmeer. Our mission is to cultivate the careers of an inclusive group of documentary editors, associate editors and assistant editors through mentorship to help them grow as artists and build their community. By investing in editors, we affirm and strengthen the critical role editors play in documentary storytelling. The Karen Schmeer Film Editing Fellowship is a year-long group mentorship program for assistant, associate and emerging documentary film editors from historically underrepresented backgrounds and experiences - including those facing discrimination or barriers due to race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomics, immigration, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity."

About: "The Sally Menke Editing Fellowship will support an emerging fiction editor who has served as lead editor for at least one, but no more than four fiction features, and any number of shorts, documentary films, industrial films, or webisodes. Additionally, the ideal candidate is committed to continuing a career in editing, passionate about collaboration and the creative process, and open to exploration and experimentation in the editing room. We hope to find an editor based in either LA or NYC, but the fellowship is open to all editors based in the U.S."

About: "Neither a scholarship nor a grant, the Eric Zumbrunnen Fellowship harnesses the goodwill of American Cinema Editors, Adobe, Avid, Pix, Media Arts Lab and Eric’s friends and colleagues to provide our fellow with state of the art tools, hands-on opportunities, and the wisdom of many of the talented and experienced professionals Eric worked amidst.
We’re looking for someone:
